General Terms and Conditions

Online bookings need at least 2 working days before the pickup date.

Please note children above the age of 2 Yrs are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you wish to choose.

Please call the emergency contact number (will be provided to you one day prior to travel date) if you cannot locate our driver at the appointed meeting point.

All prices are quoted per Vehicle.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road. In case of excess luggage please inform us at the time of the booking.

Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.

Any messages or descriptions on this website are to be seen only as guides. They are not legally binding.

All services are supplied subject to availability. We have the right to change our prices at any time without advance warning and all prices include any taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated by the RTO of that location.

No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with reference number.

In case of Resort transfers, all routes are predefined and the same will not be modified.

In case of Resort Transfers, the guest prefers a particular route different from the predefined route, the trip would be considered as "Cab at Disposal" and the applicable fare would be charged and the difference fare collected from the passenger at the end of the cab usage.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions previously in use but later amended or changed have no legal basis.

Illustrations, photographs and description on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will not be binding.

If case of change of Flight/Train kindly update us at least 24Hrs prior to arrival to ensure vehicle is sent as per the schedule.

If you miss your flight/Train Contact us as soon as possible. If you fail to inform us and the driver will be dispatched and our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full 'No Show' charge. If however you inform us prior to the dispatch of the driver we will place your transfer order on HOLD for 24 hours during which you are able to re-book at no extra charge.

If your flight is diverted to another airport, contact us as soon as possible. We will not dispatch the driver to the other airport unless you have authorized us to do so. Additional mileage charges may be levied.

Cancellations / Cancellation charges

All cancellation shall incur a cancellation charge.

Cancellations that are not informed of are deemed to be of the status "NO SHOW" and will subject to a charge of 100%.

No change in the schedule will be entertained by the driver without our prior consent.

Cancellations notified 24 hours prior to the travel date are subject to a charge of 50% of the quoted fare as Cancellation charges.

Any cancellations received within 24Hours of Travel will attract a minimum cancellation charge as applicable.
